Course Objectives (FDN)

Thank you for choosing ISO-Cert Online Ltd for your quality awareness training.

This course is designed to take approximately 4 hours to complete. There are a total of 5 modules, each with a short test, to ensure that the delegate has retained the appropriate information.

The objectives of this course are to train the delegate to:

• Gain an understanding of Quality Management Systems based on ISO 9001:205
• Raise the delegate’s awareness of the typical quality issues facing businesses currently
• Help the delegate to step into further training related to Quality Management Systems auditing

(please note – starting at Module 1, each Module/Test must be completed, before the next Module becomes available)
